We understand that some staff have already done work to create narrated PowerPoints and would like to reuse them and some of these have been added to the HUB already.

There are a couple of issues with this. Narrated PowerPoints files can be large in size. This impacts on the student experience as it is a large file for them to download.

We now have Panopto which is a streaming server and any recordings which are stored there will be easy to access from the HUB and provide an improved student experience. Good practice would be to export the PowerPoint with the audio as an MP4, upload it to Panopto and then link to it from the HUB.
