2026 Fringe Accommodation - Limited Availability

Queen Margaret University is proud to partner with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, offering affordable, quality accommodation to artists throughout the Festival period.

With a wide range of room options, dedicated rehearsal spaces, fully equipped gym facilities, on-campus catering, and beautiful green surroundings, QMU provides everything you need for an ideal Festival base.

Beyond accommodation, we’re also collaborating with the Fringe Society to host a vibrant programme of social and networking events on campus, helping you connect, create, and make the most of your Fringe experience.

Summer Accommodation 2026 Options - as of April 2026

Option 1: Single Ensuite Rooms in Shared Self-Catering Apartments - FULLY ALLOCATED

Individual rooms within shared flats are now fully allocated for the August Fringe period.

However, we are continuing to accept expressions of interest in case additional availability arises.

Option 2: Group Bookings – Premium 4 & 5 Bedroom Apartments (limited availability)

Our apartments are available for group bookings, with a minimum stay of one week, available from 2/8/26 to 30/8/26 and each equipped with a bed and a private ensuite shower pod. Guests will have access to a kitchen/diner with all essential appliances. Our 6 bed standard apartments have single beds, our 4 and 5 bed premium apartments have double beds.

Weekly Prices

- 4-Bedroom Apartment: £1400

- 5-Bedroom Apartment: £1750

- 6-Bedroom Apartment: £1890
