Accommodation

In order to ensure that your registration into Queen Margaret University Accommodation is as smooth as possible, please read the following information carefully.

Prior to moving into halls, you will be emailed the online e-induction. In this e-induction you will learn about the arrivals process and what you can expect when you move in.

Once you have completed the e-induction, you will be able to book a time specific arrival slot.

We understand that it may not be possible to arrive at your scheduled time, but please do try to keep to your booked time as much as possible to reduce congestion on the day.

Unfortunately, we do not have on-campus accommodation for family or friends accompanying students on arrival.

Insurance

If you are living in Halls, basic personal contents insurance is provided under the University scheme through Endsleigh Insurance. Basic contents insurance is included. If you would like to check the level of cover or upgrade this policy please visit the Endsleigh Insurance website.
