The Scottish Government is currently offering free access to two CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) apps focusing on Sleep and Generalised Anxiety.
Sleepio
Sleepio is an app designed by sleep experts to help you to understand why sleepless nights happen and how to reduce them. The app takes you on a 6-week interactive and personalised programme.

This online support does not replace the in person support we have available to all students in the form of our counselling and wellbeing services. It compliments this support and gives you more choices for how you want to support your own mental health.
