SEAtS App Quick Fixes
If you are having issues with the app then please follow the steps below. Your lecturer can manually check you if required till the issue is resolved.
✅ Make sure you are matriculated for the current academic year
🌐 Connect your device to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
📷 Give the SEAtS app camera permissions in your phone settings
🚫 Turn off Airplane mode and Do Not Disturb mode
🔄 Keep the SEAtS app updated (and use the latest version of iOS/Android)
🧹 Clear cookies and website data on your phone
🔁 Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the SEAtS app
📅 Ask your lecturer to check you in for the session
