Mark Sugden is a Lecturer in Podiatry within the Dietetics, Nutrition & Biological Sciences, Physiotherapy, Podiatry & Radiography Division.

Mark has worked extensively in the Podiatric profession since graduating from QMU in 1997 with posts at NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, NHS Fife and NHS Forth Valley along with Boots Healthcare Services and his own private practice.
His career has mainly concentrated within the fields of Musculoskeletal (MSK), Gait analysis, Imaging, Rheumatology, Paediatrics, steroid injections (CSI), leadership, clinical supervision, Diabetes and wound care.
Previously Mark was a staff side representative for the Royal College of Podiatry and was chairperson/secretary of the Forth Valley branch of the Royal College of Podiatry. He was also an active participant with the Scottish Podiatry committee and the regional Professional advisory group for Podiatry.
