QMU graduate nominated for Olivier Award

QMU graduate, Caroline Deyga, has been nominated for a prestigious Olivier Award.

The Olivier Awards are British theatre’s most sought-after awards and have been a mark of theatrical greatness an in honour of a theatrical legend, Sir Laurence Olivier. Notable previous winners of Olivier Awards include Dame Judi Dench and Sir Ian McKellen.

Caroline, who graduated with a BA (Hons) Acting for Stage & Screen from QMU in 2014, was shortlisted in the ‘Best actress in a supporting role’ category for her work in ‘Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour’ at National Theatre – Dorfman in London.

The 2017 Oliver Awards took place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Sunday 9th April.
