QMU Community Forum
The next Queen Margaret University (QMU) Community Forum will take place in-person from 6:30-7:45pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
This time, we will be joined by Dr Thomas Peschken-Holt, Head of the Queen Margaret Business School, who will speak about the QMU Means Business Initiative. Through this programme, our Business School has been empowering young innovators in East Lothian’s secondary schools and bringing the principles of Community Wealth Building directly into those schools.
Our Business School staff and students have been leading school pupils in workshops introducing practical tools used in business innovation, culminating in a showcase where the pupils presented their projects - real-world solutions designed to make a tangible impact in their communities.
