Jemima Levick is the Artistic Director at A Play, A Pie and A Pint.   

She graduated from Queen Margaret University College in 2002 with a BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Arts.  

Her impressive CV also includes the Artistic Director and CEO roles at Stellar Quines, and becoming the first female Artistic Director at Dundee Rep Theatre. As a freelance director and producer, Jemima has worked with renowned theatre companies such as the Traverse Theatre, Grid Iron, the Royal Lyceum Theatre and the National Theatre of Scotland. She has recently moved into screen directing too.  

Jemima joined Dean of the School of Arts, Social Sciences and Management, Professor David Stevenson for our first ever alumni podcast series, Going Off Script With..., which celebrates 50 years for drama and performing arts teaching at QMU.  

She shares her discovery of Scottish plays, falling in love with Scottish theatre, discusses directing her first big show, and remembers those weekly theatre review assessments!
