QMU Association Launch Provides Staff and Graduates with the Chance to Reconnect
The Queen Margaret University Association was formed in 1914 to maintain links, friendship and networking between our staff and former students.
Originally known as the ‘Old Students Guild’, it was latterly called the ‘Graduates’ Association’ before adopting the title of the QMU Association in 2024, reflecting its increasing focus on current and former staff as members.
Throughout its existence, the Association has held regular get-togethers including social events, coffee mornings and networking lunches, offering the perfect opportunity for members to engage with those connected with our institution from many eras and occupations. The Association also undertakes activities to support our current students at QMU.
The Association has the benefit of owning a property in Gullane, East Lothian that can be secured by members as a short let for holidays or other occasions.
