Occupational Therapy Courses Introduced in 1979
Here are crests for Occupational Therapy at Queen Margaret University (then known as Queen Margaret College).
We started providing Occupational Therapy courses in 1979. Previously, such provision was at the Astley Ainslie Hospital Occupational Therapy Training Centre, which was established in 1937 at the Astley Ainslie Hospital in Morningside, Edinburgh.
In 1992, our institution appointed the UK's first professor of occupational therapy, Averil Stewart.
