Andrew’s background is in banking and corporate finance. He was most recently managing partner of QMPF LLP, an Edinburgh based financial adviser focused on education, renewables and social infrastructure, and successfully developed their higher education advisory business. In addition to over 35 years of general corporate finance and banking experience, Andrew brings his knowledge of higher education finance and corporate governance to the Court. He is also Deputy Chair of the Scottish Housing Regulator and a Non-Executive Director of Dundee Student Villages and West Park Centre Ltd.”
