Entry Requirements

For undergraduate courses:

We welcome applications from Malaysian students with the appropriate and relevant STPM grades.

We also welcome applications from students with UEC (Unified Examination Certificate) and SML (Senior Middle Level) with good grades in appropriate subjects.

Students holding Diplomas or Higher Diplomas from recognised institutions may be eligible for advanced entry directly into second or third year.

Admission to our undergraduate programmes can be made by those holding a relevant diploma or other recognised qualification such as GCE A Levels, International Baccalaureate, American High School Diploma with SAT’s or AP’s or other recognised qualification.

Applicants with SPM will usually be required to undertake additional study, such as a relevant and acceptable foundation programme such as INTO or Kaplan. Other alternatives include a relevant and acceptable college qualification such as a Higher National Certificate or Diploma from a UK Further Education College.

If you are planning to take a Foundation Programme in Malaysia and would like to check its eligibility please email our Admissions Team.

For postgraduate courses:

We will consider applications from students holding a good Bachelors degree from a recognised university.

Please note that the above is given for guidance only and that entry requirements will vary between courses. We may also be looking for a strong Statement of Purpose/Personal Statement, some work experience or specific subjects to have been studied at an advanced level. For more information, see our individual course pages.
