Professor Alex McMahon is an Honorary Professor in the Nursing Division at Queen Margaret University.

Alex is the Executive Director for Nursing, Midwifery and AHP’s for NHS Lothian. He is also the Chair of the Scottish Executive Nurse Director group. He is a registered RMN/RGN. He holds an honorary professorship with Queen Margaret University as well as the University of Stirling.
