Self-Catering Accommodation

Our modern self-catering apartments offer great value accommodation for guests wishing to explore Edinburgh and the Lothians. We offer free parking and it’s just a 2 minute walk to the bus and rail links to the City Centre.

Our apartments range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and include a well-equipped kitchen/diner. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite shower pod. We also offer free Wi-Fi.

Bed linen is provided, however, please remember to bring your own towels.

You'll also find a self-service laundry and a secure cycle storage on site too.

A cleaning service is not provided in our self-catering apartments.

General Information

Arrival

Check in is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

Departure

Flats should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Please ensure your flat is left clean and all rubbish is taken out to the recycling/bin sheds before you leave - extra cleaning charges will apply should this not be done.

Servicing

No cleaning service is provided in our self-catering accommodation. Guests should bring their own towels but bed linen is provided.

Payment

Full payment is required four (4) weeks prior to arrival or at the time of booking if arriving within four weeks of booking date. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking for group reservations.

Reception

Our QMU:Accommodate Reception opens daily, 8.00am until 9.00pm.
