Silver Swans Awards: Celebrating the best work from QMU’s film and media students

By Press Office

The best films and photography from Queen Margaret University’s 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students will be screened this week (Wednesday 7 November) as part of this year’s Silver Swans Awards.

The awards – now in their ninth year – provide an opportunity to celebrate the creative and innovative work produced by QMU’s film and media students. Three films will be shortlisted in each of the eight categories, before moving to an audience vote to decide who our winners will be.

In addition to screening their work to peers and academic staff from QMU, members of the public are also invited to attend and join in this celebration.

The awards will take place in the Halle Lecture Theatre  from 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Wednesday 7 November.

Help us to celebrate the incredible work of QMU’s talented students by joining us for the 2018 Silver Swans Awards!
