Joining Teen Gym will give you:
- Induction on your first visit
- Personalised gym programme
- Fully supervised gym sessions
- Unlimited use of the gym within the times listed below
- Use of the Sports Hall and Astroturf at off peak times, subject to availability.
Our Sport & Fitness instructors will supervise each visit to ensure your individual programme is carried out correctly, safely and effectively. This ensures you feel safe, secure, and happy about your new exercise regime.
Days & Times:
Teen Gym is available at the following times:
Friday: 13.00 – 14.00 & 15.00 - 16.00
Saturday & Sunday: 14.00 – 15.00
Prices are as follows:

Please note that spaces in each session are limited and will be issued on a first come first served basis.
Before you attend your first Teen Gym session, please complete our online sign up form. Alternatively, you can print out the form below and hand it in to the Sports Reception.
You must book your session in advance by calling the sports reception on 0131 474 0000 - ask for 'sports reception' or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also book in person at the sports reception desk. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance and are taken on a first come first served basis.
Teen gym will run daily during the school holidays. Session dates and times will be available on our website in the days leading up to the holidays.
