Funke Osae-Brown is an award-winning Nigerian Journalist originally from Lagos, Nigeria and the founder of the luxury lifestyle magazine The Luxury Reporter.
Funke is currently a PhD student at Queen Margaret University. In her research, she is exploring the integration experiences of Nigerian migrants in Scotland. Using film and storytelling as a methodological approach, she aims to explore the lived experiences of Nigerian migrants in the cosmopolitan cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, in relation to their personal experiences, truths, and stories by dissecting the issues that exist beneath the surface.
