Emma Hay is Programme Manager at Edinburgh International Festival. 

She graduated from Queen Margaret University with a BA Hons Drama and Theatre Arts in 2011.

Over the past 10 years, Emma has built a successful career working in renowned theatre and festival companies including the Ambassador Theatre Group, Tron Theatre and the Edinburgh International Book Festival. 

Emma joined Dean of the School of Arts, Social Sciences and Management, Professor David Stevenson for our first ever alumni podcast series, Going Off Script With..., which celebrates 50 years for drama and performing arts teaching at QMU.  

She discusses the power of creative arts, talks about her role at Edinburgh International Festival and remembers those drama society productions from her student days.
