Monday - Lebanese loaded flatbreads, grilled spiced garlic chicken or lemon cauliflower & our own falafel, avocado, hummus
Tuesday - Nepalese creamy chicken tamari or roasted broccoli, spinach & paneer butter masala garlic & coriander naan
Wednesday - Beef Steak & ale pie, or vegetarian haggis, colcannon mash & smashed roots
Thursday - Mexican beef chilli quesadilla or chicken fajitas, smoked paprika & bean chilli soft tacos, sea salted crispy tortillas, guacamole & salsa
Friday - Friday stacked & sauced, piri piri waffle fries, skin on fries, sweet potato wedges, BBQ pulled pork, tempura chicken or garlic mushrooms
Week 2
Monday - Scottish beef flank peanut satay or tempura vegetable katsu, egg fried rice with sesame and soy & chilli spiced seafood crackers
Tuesday - Korean fried chicken, or Quorn Korean BBQ pickled vegetables, gochujang mayonnaise, flatbreads, cucumber gen & sesame salad
Wednesday - Loaded hot dogs & beef burgers. on a toasted brioche bun with caramelised onions, Monterey Jack cheese & American mustard
Thursday - Greek minced lamb souvlaki wraps or rosemary grilled halloumi served with red pepper & chilli hummus, tzatziki dressing & Greek salad
Friday - Thai chicken Kra pao or grilled aubergine & tofu Thai stir fry with Thai noodles with sesame & soy, coconut rice & crackers
Week 3
Monday - Chicken tomato and chorizo pasta bake or broccoli tagliatelle with red pesto peas & courgettes with garlic & parmesan pizza bread
Tuesday - South Korean bulgogi beef bibimbap or spicy gochujang tofu, kimchi fried rice & Korean BBQ or hot sauce
Wednesday - Marinated Southern fried buttermilk chicken wraps or sweet potato falafel, red cabbage slaw, chipotle mayo or smoked paprika & garlic sour cream.
Thursday - Loaded fries bar, salt & chilli, classic or Cajun fries with a choice of chicken shawarma, tempura cauliflower or crispy tofu & chilli slaw
Friday - Beer Battered which fish or vegan "fish" homemade tartare, peas, chips & curry sauce
