This site has been designed as a source of advice and guidance for all QMU students. You may be finding that your course or student life at QMU is not as you expected, be finding it difficult to settle in, or have a problem with your studies. You may be unsure if you have chosen the right course, the right place to live or even the right university. Whatever is bothering you, it is very common to feel daunted and unsure at first. Many students feel this way, especially in their first year, but also throughout their time at university and right up until graduation. Most will stay and complete their courses successfully. Some may choose to change their course, and others may decide to leave.

If you are considering transferring to another course, taking a year out or perhaps leaving university altogether, it is very important that you are able to understand and consider all of your options before you make a decision. This site is here to help you do that. Read through the information and advice on these pages by browsing the links above, get in touch if you have any questions, and don’t try to struggle through on your own.

Remember, we’re here to help.
