Life in Edinburgh – what was the best experience you had in Edinburgh? Are there any hidden ‘gems’ you’d like to share?

After living in Edinburgh for over two years, I have come to call it my Scottish home! The city is charming, with some of the most breathtaking architecture in the UK, while the people… well, they just make Edinburgh a delight to explore. I have always found the people of Edinburgh to be so friendly, warm and helpful, which is so great when your visiting an unfamiliar city.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed the program and I liked the group work comprised of students from different nationalities, so we gained some great insights. The program director was incredible, accessible and very direct and honest with students."

The Course

What was the most interesting part of the course?

The course taught me about the challenges this industry faces, and gave me an interest in this particular aspect of the course. The professors were a large part of what made the course so interesting such as Lindsay, David , Ailsa and Caroline.

Any advice for students who might be interested in this course?

The campus is situated in a wonderful natural environment by a beautiful lake. I especially appreciate the university library and the cafes in side and around campus serving quality food for student friendly prices. The university personnel, both the teachers and the administrative staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive.

I recommend University QMU to any students who want to obtain high quality education.
