This course is for experienced practitioners who wish to develop their strategic internal communication and management skills in order to take on more senior roles.  The CIPR Specialist Diploma (Internal Communication) aims to enable the development of specialist knowledge and expertise in the contexts, concepts and practical tools of internal communication.  It is taught and assessed at postgraduate level.

NB This course was previous called the CIPR Internal Communications Diploma and is promoted in our 2018/19 postgraduate prospectus as such. The course has recently undergone modification and a name change by the CIPR. Learning, Teaching and Assessment

The Specialist Diploma (Internal Communication) is delivered via 20 hours of face to face, online or blended learning and a further 10-12 hours of self-directed study per week, guided reading and research and/or homework tasks. Self-directed study hours are provided for guidance only and will vary from one individual to another.
