Becca Freeden is a Research Assistant with the Lydia Plus Osteoporosis Project at QMU.

I am a Physiotherapist with clinical experience in the NHS and private practice. I spent five years specialising in pelvic health and am trained as a Pilates Instructor.

I am working towards a PhD looking at bone mineral density and strength in perimenopause. My proposal focuses on the barriers to exercise, particularly pelvic health dysfunction.
