Technician Commitment
The Technician Commitment is a university and research institution initiative, led by a steering board of sector bodies, hosted by the UK Institute for Technical Skills and Strategy.
It aims to ensure visibility, recognition, career development and sustainability for technicians working in higher education and research, across all disciplines.
QMU supports the Technician Commitment by recognising and valuing contributions made by all those who undertake, manage or contribute to our research and KE, including contract researchers, technicians, academic staff and professional services.
