Public Services Complaint Management Award (Short Course)




This short course has been developed in close consultation with practitioners and is specifically targeted for complaint handling staff and others working in public services such as local government, health and social care, central government and non-departmental public bodies.  As well as running this as an open course, we can also deliver in-house to organisations wishing to improve their complaint handling practices and help their complaint handling staff with their continued professional development with this accredited qualification.
