Professional Certificate in Ombudsman & Complaint Handling Practice (Short Course)



An Ombudsman Association approved short course developed to provide theory, discussion and the application of practice relating to a number of subject areas such as ADR, Human Rights and Equality, Effective Remedy, all very relevant to the work of ombudsmen and other second-tier complaint handling organisations. As such, it may be of interest to more experienced complaint handlers who are interested in exploring these particular areas and looking for professional accreditation and accredited qualification.
