The course takes place between Monday 3 April 2017 and Friday 28 April 2017.

The course is open to anyone with an interest in conflict and how it is resolved. It is available online and throughout the world.

The course is designed to provide a taster of what it is like to study on Queen Margaret University’s MSc Dispute Resolution.

At the end of the course, if you complete the self-assessment exercise, you will obtain a Certificate of Attendance.

The course runs over four weeks and covers three themes:

  • What is conflict and what causes it?
  • Why does conflict escalate?
  • How can conflict be effectively resolved?
