I think I’m what they call a ‘mature student’ - how did that happen? My first degree is a 1st class BA (Hons) Food Product Design with Management from Glasgow Caledonian University – a degree that opened many doors in the world of food and drink.
I was born and raised in the Lanarkshire market town of Strathaven, famous for it’s park, one of Scotland’s best bakeries, Strathaven Ales and its annual Gala day. All very Gastronomic aspects of a settlement. I’m a keen fitness fan, and a strong believer in group exercise. I’ve transformed my fitness in the last 18 months with the help of online communities, and have turned in to an avid supporter of looking after yourself.
I live in Hamilton on the edge of Chatlherault Country Park with my partner, Scott and our lazy black Labrador, Roxie.
