Speech and Hearing Sciences: Research
We are an international centre for research
excellence. QMU was awarded the Queen’s Anniversary Prize
for Further and Higher Education in 2002 (2003-2007) for the clinical
application of speech sciences. We were awarded a "4-A"
in the 2001 Research Assessment Exercise. Research is funded by
UK research councils, major charities and corporate donors, and
by direct government funding.
