Centre for Academic Practice (CAP)

The aim of the Centre for Academic Practice is to promote and enable excellence and enhancement of learning and teaching and research. We do this by:

• Providing high quality, relevant and flexible professional development to meet the present and future needs of staff and research students;

• Promoting and supporting creativity and innovation;

• Extending guidance and help to individuals and groups to improve learning and advance teaching and research;

• Encouraging, engaging in and disseminating education-related scholarship, collaborations and research;

• Practising and promoting the principles of equity and diversity.
