Professor Eddie Frizzell is Visiting Professor in Public Service Management within Queen Margaret University’s School of Business, Enterprise and Management. Professor Frizzell is a Budget Adviser to the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee, former Head of the Scottish Executive’s Enterprise Transport and Lifelong Learning Department; Chief Executive of the Scottish Prison Service; and Director of Locate in Scotland, the Government’s former inward investment agency in Scotland. Professor Frizzell has wide leadership and management experience in public service delivery and practical knowledge of the challenges facing public service managers in post- Devolution Scotland.
