Welcome to the Graduate School

What is the Graduate School?

The Graduate School is a network of staff and students involved in postgraduate research. It aims to provide support and information for the following groups:

  • PhD students
  • MPhil students
  • Professional Doctorate students
  • Staff supervising any of the above

In addition, the School is responsible for promoting research students' interests, ensuring consistency of learning experience and providing fair and equitable regulations. Much of its work is run through the Research Strategy Committee, which has representation from staff and students.

The Graduate School is led by Professor Alan Gilloran, Vice-Principal (Academic), with administrative support provided by the Quality Enhancement Unit.
