For the 2011 - 2012 Academic Session I am available to meet students in person for any reason. You will need to make an appointment but appointments can be made at very late notice (minimum notice 1/2 hour). Usually, appointments are on Tuesdays, but this may be subject to change to accommodate various committments.

In order to manage these meetings efficiently I am using an appointment managment system called 'Tungle Me'.

To book an appointment:

(1) Visit http://tungle.me/StephenDarling

(2) You will see all available slots on the screen.

(3) Click anywhere on the timetable to book an appointment

(4) Complete the relevant fields in Steps 1-3. In step 3 you only need to propose a single time for a meeting. Click on the time you want to select it.

(5) Select 'Create Invitation' to arrange the meeting. A 'Ready to Book?' Dialog will open up. Select ' Book Meeting Now'.

(6) To avoid spam, the system will send you a confirmation email. You need to click on the link in the email and the appointment will be booked automatically.

I will meet all students with appointments outside the large Halle Lecture Theatre (Room 3148) on Level 3.
