Psychology and Speech and Hearing Sciences at QMU collaborate to organise the Speech and Communication Seminar Series.
Seminars take place every Wednesday during term time at 12.15, and we cover a broad range of topics related to psychology and speech & hearing sciences.
All members of QMU are welcome at these research seminars.

150th Anniversary of Broca's Description of Aphasia
The 150th anniversary of Paul Broca's identification of expressive aphasia is being commemorated by a special seminar.which is a joint event between several groups at Edinburgh University and Queen Margaret University.
The event will take place from 14.00 to 19.00 on 28 April 2011 at the Psychology Building, 7 George Square, Edinburgh. Three keynote speakers will give presentations: Marjorie Lorch, Katrin Amunts and Christopher Code.
