QMU has developed a range of flexible courses to meet the diverse needs of individuals with demanding lifestyles, but who are keen to enhance their knowledge and professional skills.

In the modern working environment, a commitment to lifelong learning is a demand of many employees as well as employers and our range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning courses address this need.

With increasingly demanding lifestyles, flexible learning opportunities have become essential. QMU has therefore developed an adaptable range of courses to suit individual needs. For those who are not able to attend an institution, or who live far away, QMU offers a variety of distance learning opportunities. For further information, see our pages on CPD and Lifelong Learning.

However, if you can occasionally attend QMU there is a range of part-time courses that may suit you. If you do not want to commit yourself to a full-time course, we can offer you a variety of individual credit bearing modules that you can build up towards a full qualification.

You can also register as an Associate undergraduates or postgraduate student, to study single modules in areas of interest. Please note that some subject areas are more accessible than others. This is also a good option for people who wish to return to study but do not feel comfortable enough to commit to a full programme.

It may be possible to use credit earned towards a full postgraduate qualification.
Please contact Admissions for more details.
