Gloria Dunlop
Gloria’s research interest are in educational development with a particular interest and expertise in distance elearning programme development.
Gloria has been commissioned by the Scottish Executive Health Department to research into the Role Development of Allied Healthcare Support Workers in the Scottish NHS and she has also worked on a collaborative research project with a number of other Scottish Higher Education Institutions on a UK government initiative for lifelong learning. This project focused on implementing electronic portfolio systems to Higher and Further Education in Scotland to assist students’ personal development planning.
Gloria has been responsible for the successful development of a number of distance elearning programmes of study within the School of Health Science at Queen Margaret University and has currently joined a team of supervisors working with a PhD student on the application of elearning for Nigerian Radiographers.
