Colin Thomson

Colin’s research interests lie in contributing to the evidence base for musculoskeletal conditions of the foot, specifically through randomised controlled trials and systematic reviews. He has received funding for three clinical trials and has just completed a study of foot pain with colleagues from the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and the University of Bangor, which was funded by a £80,000 grant from the Chief Scientist Office, Scotland. He has published widely including publications in the Cochrane Library and he is a referee for a number of journals.
