Title: An investigation into free-play activity in preschool children

Topic: The current research seeks to develop a protocol for measurement of free-play physical activity in preschool children. The objectives are to determine the advantages of triaxial versus uniaxial accelerometry and to identify appropriate sampling intervals (epoch) which accurately characterise physical activity levels.
