- NSS (National survey) library satisfaction rating is UP from 78% in 2013 to 79% in 2014
- QSS (Internal student survey) library satisfaction rating is UP from 79% in 2013 to 86% in 2014
- Expenditure (per FTE student) UP from £250 in 2012 to £262 in 2013
- LRC visits UP from 354,844 in 2012/13 to 368,966 in 2013/14
