Advertising Your Vacancies
QMU Careers and Student Employment Service offers employers the possibility to advertise their vacancies to our students as well as conduct your recruitment processes in campus. The quickest way to reach our students is to register as an employer with us. You can register online and manage your vacancies directly free of charge. This means you can add, change or delete your vacancies whenever your recruitment needs require to do this. This online service will send automatic emails to QMU students who have registered their interest in your particular area of work or those who have shown interest in the opportunities you want to advertise.
Please read Jobshop Employment Support code of practice and note that we can only advertise vacancies that meet our standard advertising criteria. We may not advertise those vacancies that do not meet the national minimum wage criteria or AGCAS or NASES codes of practice.

If you are unable to use our online service, you can send us a vacancy form. We can display vacancies on your behalf free of charge on our campus notice board. If you prefer that we manually upload your vacancy on our online system, there may be a small admin fee of £5.
Recruitment, Volunteer & Information Fairs
QMU Jobshop Employment Support organises several events
throughout

Our Autumn fair is normally held in the second week of the first semester (mid September) and our summer work and information fair in early February.
Employers Visit
Our purpose build jobshop is an ideal location to meet our students in campus. Subject to availability, we can also book a room in campus for you if you wish to do a presentation or set up a stall to reach our students or raise the profile of your company.
