IT support for staff and external partners is provided by staff in Information Technology Services. If you have a query, issue or problem with OWA you can contact the ITS Helpdesk in a number of ways:
Dial 0131 474 0000 and ask for IS Helpdesk . Phones are staffed during opening hours.
You can visit the IS Helpdesk on level 1 leg 3 if you are on campus.
ITS Helpdesk opening hours are:
- During semester - 0900 until 2100 Monday to Friday
- During vacation - 0900 until 1900 Monday to Friday
IT support for students is provided by staff in the Learning Resource Centre (LRC). If you have a query, issue or problem you can contact the LRC Service Desk in a number of ways:
If LRC staff are unable to resolve your issue, then it will be logged and escalated for further investigation.
