IT support for staff and external partners is provided by staff in Information Services. If you have a query, issue or problem you can contact the IS Helpdesk in a number of ways:

IS Helpdesk opening hours are:
- During semester - 0900 until 2100 Monday to Friday
- During vacation - 0900 until 1900 Monday to Friday

If LRC staff are unable to resolve your issue, then it will be logged and escalated for further investigation.
