Publications

Neath is a research fellow of the Social Development Programme, Cambodia Development Resource Institute. His work has been in health care financing and equity, poverty analysis and human resources for health and leadership.

His current PhD work aims to study the impact of health financing policy changes on patterns of poor household health expenditure. This project is funded by DFID through the Rebuild Project Consortium.
