Feedback from students

QMU welcomes constructive feedback from our students about their experiences. Your feedback helps us improve the quality of our academic programmes and services. There are lots of ways you can communicate with us – some informal and others more formal. We’ll always listen and respond to your feedback. It’s important that you let us know as soon as possible about issues that are problematic, as well as telling about things that we are getting right. image of students
See the diagram for a quick guide to your communication channels. Choose your area of feedback from the following groups, to see the best way of communicating your particular message to us.

To find out how the University has responded to issues raised by students, see you said, we listened page.

As part of our programme of gaining student feedback, since 2011, we have been participating in the National Student Survey.
