FEAST 2012: A Celebration of Regional Scottish Food

Following the success of last year’s food festival, Jewel & Esk College and Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh are delighted to announce that FEAST 2012 will take place again in April.
If you enjoy food, you’ll love FEAST 2012!
Join in the foodie fun by helping us celebrate all that is good about Scotland’s food and drink. FEAST 2012 combines the expertise of top chefs with the enthusiasm and skill of our tourism, hospitality and events management students.
FEAST 2012 promises to delight the most sophisticated gourmet as well as offering top tips and food focused fun for the newest food enthusiast.
What’s in store?
• a range of imaginative regional menus for you to sample;
• demonstrations from some of Scotland’s most celebrated chefs;
• a guest appearance from Yogesh Utekar, one of India’s most talented chefs;
• top tips from some of Scotland’s most talented culinary experts and
• tutor-led taste testing sessions showcasing some of Scotland’s wonderful drinks.

Jewel & Esk College, 24 Milton Road East, Edinburgh, EH15 2PP from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 28th April 2012.
Tickets: £12 (all adults) / £5 (concession available for students and children under 16 years of age) / children under 5 years go free.
