Currently teaching on modules in Physiology, and leading modules in Laboratory Procedures. I take an active role within DNBS on other modules and student projects.

My research interest currently is in dietary analysis and the automation of this process using mobile phone technology using our Dietphone software

My working background is 8 years experience in contract research in a variety of roles and I have been the Cheif Technician at QMU in the School of Health Sciences for 10 years prior to taking up my current post within the academic staff.
