Obtaining these awards may enhance current career prospects particularly in the area of health, HR and social work. Many successful students take up a career as counsellors or psychotherapists in addition to current work or they take up full-time work in these areas. Most students go in to private practice as counsellors or psychotherapists following completion of their MSc.
