Pricing for Conferences and Events

We can offer half day, full day and hourly room hire rates along with daily delegate packages. Please contact us to discuss your requirements so we can tailor an estimate to your needs.

Daily Delegate Rates:

From £30 plus VAT (£28 Public sector or charity) includes:

  • Main meeting room
  • Dedicated Event Planner
  • AV equipment & support
  • WiFi
  • Water on tables
  • 2 coffee breaks (one with scones, one with chocolate biscuits)
  • Sandwich lunch (includes 1 round of s/wiches, fruit platter, crisps, fruit juice, mineral water, tea/coffee)

From £32 plus VAT (£30 Public sector or charity) includes:

  • Main meeting room
  • Dedicated Event Planner
  • AV equipment & support
  • WiFi
  • Water on tables
  • 2 coffee breaks (one with scones, one with chocolate biscuits)
  • Mini roll platter lunch (includes 3 mini rolls, fruit platter, crisps, fruit juice, mineral water, tea/coffee)

From £34 plus VAT (£32 Public sector or charity) includes:

  • Main meeting room
  • Dedicated Event Planner
  • AV equipment & support
  • WiFi
  • Water on tables
  • 3 coffee breaks (one with scones, one with chocolate biscuits)
  • Finger buffet lunch (includes finger buffet, fruit platter, crisps, fruit juice, mineral water, tea/coffee)
