Aims

The educational aims of this programme are to enable learners to:

  • build on their experience by critically engaging in, and reflecting on, principles and approaches to education to improve practice;
  • enhance personal (transferable) skills to work effectively in a complex, changing educational environment where there will be constraints and limitations and which will require diverse roles and responsibilities;
  • enhance educational provision and the experiences of learners through systematic, effective application of scholarship.
